India follows the international system and issues visas according to its laws and regulations which may be modified from time to time. In some limited situations visa is not required. However, most of the foreign travellers need one. Generally, travellers must obtain it prior to travel.

Invitation Letter
* Please note ICCIP is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter issued by the organizing committee.
* Invitation letter will only be issued upon request after successful registration.
*Should your application be denied, ICCIP cannot change the decision of the consulate, nor will the organizing committee engage in discussion or correspondence with the consulate or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
